Steam ประกาศรายชื่อเกมทำรายได้สูงสุดของปี 2023 (อันดับของปี 2022) กลุ่มท็อปหรือเรียกว่า Platinum มีด้วยกัน 11 เกม เรียงตามตัวอักษรคือ

Call of Duty (นับรวม MW2, MW3, Warzone)
Counter-Strike 2
Cyberpunk 2077
Destiny 2
Dota 2
Hogwarts Legacy
PUBG: Battlegrounds
Sons of the Forest
Starfield

หากเทียบกับอันดับของปี 2022 จะเห็นว่าเกมยอดนิยมตลอดกาลอย่าง Apex Legends, CS2/CSGO, Dota 2, Destiny 2, PUBG ยังติดอันดับเหมือนเดิม รวมถึง Call of Duty ที่แต่ละภาคมักติดอันดับเป็นประจำอยู่แล้ว

ส่วนเกมใหม่ของปี 2023 ที่เข้ามาติดอันดับ มีทั้ง Baldur’s Gate III ที่กวาดรางวัลมากมาย, Hogwarts Legacy ที่มีกระแสนิยมมาตั้งแต่ต้นปี, Cyberpunk 2077 ที่กลับมาฮิตอีกครั้งกับภาคเสริม Phantom Liberty, Starfield ที่สร้างกระแสไฮป์ไว้เยอะ และที่เซอร์ไพร์สกว่าใครเพื่อนคือ Sons of the Forest เกมเอาตัวรอดในป่าซอมบี้กินคน ที่ได้รับความนิยมในวงการมาสักระยะหนึ่งแล้ว
